Who is eligible?

  • Women ages 21-65 in need of a PAP TEST without insurance coverage.
  • Women ages 40-74 in need of a MAMMOGRAM without insurance coverage.

You will not receive a bill for this day! Your health matters, and we're here to make it easy and comfortable for you.

Why should you attend?

  • Early detection of health problems is crucial and highly treatable.
  • Interpreter services available in your language.
  • Family and friends are welcome at the Health Fair.
  • Childcare available during your screenings.

What's included?

  • Mammograms
  • PAP tests with same-day results within about four hours.
  • Health fair with valuable information on staying healthy.
  • HPV vaccines provided at no cost by the Health Department.
  • Genetic testing options consultation.
  • A light meal provided, thanks to the generous support of the CAP Foundation grant.

Don't worry about insurance or a busy schedule!

In Partnership with Walmart By fallen Bikers and Ryders Foundtion 

We are honored to share and support the  2026 Celebration of Life Community Event, hosted in partnership with Walmart and the Fallen Bikers & Ryders Foundation. While this is not a For Family By Family event, we were personally invited to help spread the word as this event includes a special tribute to my beloved nephew.

A heartfelt moment of the day will include a special honor recognizing Antonio Conrad, remembered as a Good Samaritan who tragically lost his life while helping someone else.

His mother will be presented with this honor during the event, and our family has been personally invited to be present to receive this recognition. We encourage the community to come out and show love and support during this meaningful tribute.
